ENC-CIL is located on the East Carolina University Student Transit Authority (ECUSTA) University Suites (light pink) route #506, or the Greenville Public Bus system Blue route # 1 …. See Greenville Area Transit (GREAT) for details. Greenville Area Transit (GREAT) provides ADA paratransit service within a ¾ mile corridor of the regular fixed bus routes. This curb-to-curb van service is provided for GREAT though the Pitt Area Transit System (PATS). Riders must be certified as eligible by GREAT. If you are unable to use the GREAT bus system in Greenville, or East Carolina University System route or are in Pitt County but outside the city limits, you can access the PATs (Pitt Area Transit System) by calling (252) 902-2002 for transportation needs. Ask to speak with a scheduler.

- Travel 4.4 miles and then turn right onto Arlington Boulevard
- Cross over Evans and turn right onto Wandsworth Road, then immediately left into 300-D West Arlington Boulevard,
(if you cross the railroad track, you have gone too far) - From Pitt County Memorial Hospital: Start out going EAST on STANTONSBURG RD
- Turn SHARP RIGHT onto US-13/ S MEMORIAL DR/ NC-11/ NC-43/ NC-903
- Continue to follow S MEMORIAL DR/ NC-11/ NC-43/ NC-903 for 1.2 miles
- Turn LEFT onto W ARLINGTON BLVD. for 0.7 miles
- Cross over the railroad tracks and turn left onto Wandsworth Road and then immediately left
- End at 300 W Arlington Blvd Greenville, NC 27834
From Beaufort County
- Start out going EAST on STANTONSBURG RD
- Turn SHARP RIGHT onto US-13/ S MEMORIAL DR/ NC-11/ NC-43/ NC-903
- Continue to follow S MEMORIAL DR/ NC-11/ NC-43/ NC-903 for 1.2 miles
- Turn LEFT onto W ARLINGTON BLVD. for 0.7 miles
- Cross over the railroad tracks and turn left onto Wandsworth Road and then immediately left
- End at 300 W Arlington Blvd Greenville, NC 27834.
From Pitt County Memorial Hospital
- Take US-264 E, which becomes STANTONSBURG RD
- Turn RIGHT onto W ARLINGTON BLVD. travel 2.2 miles
- Cross over the railroad tracks and turn left onto Wandsworth Road and then immediately left
